this is my creative writing journal.
be my friend, read my stuff, and give me honest opinions and criticism.

"The paint on their walls was a sky blue to match the color this day had revealed from behind the clouds, and the sun seeping in through the sheer white curtains bounced off of it making the room look pleasant, which it most certainly was not. The blue reminded you of a humid sunny August afternoon spent swimming and drinking lemonade from glasses dripping wet with condensation, and a sky without a spot of white. An unfinished painting. A canvas smeared blue, and left because of the artists’ lack of creativity. Incomplete, like how this entire family feels."

"That woman is a parasite. She lives off of other people. Off of the attention that they give her. Bad days to her are when some one doesn’t compliment her new outfit, or her haircut that she paid an obscene amount of money for, because supposedly her hairdresser works for people like Britney Spears and J Lo. A bad day for her is when she breaks a nail, or her tanning salon appointment gets rescheduled and she has to wait two extra days to lay under ultraviolet lights and get closer and closer to skin cancer. Finding out she has skin cancer would not qualify as a bad day, as long as some sleazy drunk at a bar buys her a drink and asks her if she works out."
